Suggested Steps for Writing a Book Review
The Journal of History and Culture publishes academic translations from English into Persian. These translations may include original papers, book chapters, published lectures, manuscript notes, and methodological contributions. In rare cases, at the discretion of the journal, translations of works from Arabic, German, and French may also be considered. When evaluating these translations, the journal considers: (1) the readability of the translation, (2) the integrity of the translation, (3) the relevance of the topic to the journal's scope, and (4) any critique of the original work by the translator. Before submitting a manuscript, translators are required to consult the Creative Commons license and ensure any potential copyright is cleared.
